What ?? OK Google is not Working ??

In a new development, the "OK Google" command does not work on many Android devices. The voice command that activates Google Assistant does not work on many phones made by OnePlus, Samsung, Xiaomi and others, according to user reports. Regardless of the inability to access the voice command, the voice command options in the Settings menu are also not accessible. Google has responded to many complaints in the forum, and is working to resolve the issue.

Users were buzzing in the Google Assistant Help Forums with complaints that do not respond to the "Ok Google" voice command. When a user tries to activate Google Assistant using voice, they automatically request that the audio match be activated. If you try to do this, the system notices that it already knows the sound, and in the end the user is placed in a deadlock. When you go to the settings options to enable discovery of the important word, both options are not visible and can not be accessed. Apart from the Google Assistant Help Forums, users have also complained to Google on Twitter, and Reddit threadis is also active.

Phones with this problem include the Mi A1, OnePlus 5, OnePlus 5T, Xiaomi Mi Mix, Redmi Note 5 and many others. Google representatives acknowledged the problem and confirmed that it had been escalated to the team concerned. The fix should be released soon. An alternative solution has been included in the forums where users need to remove the latest Google app update. You can see a step-by-step guide to this process here. Even after this process, only some users report success, while some continue to do so.
