Inbox by Gmail iOS Update finally brings iPhone X !!

The Inbox by Gmail app for iOS has been updated with iPhone X support, more than eight months after the iPhone was detected.

In a 144MB update on the App Store, Google said Inbox by Gmail now supports the most primitive Apple version of the iPhone, with few other changes in the update text, The Verge reported late on Thursday.

Essentially, the Inbox by Gmail update removes black bars at the top and bottom of the screen to fit the iPhone X screen more naturally with the unique 19.5: 9 aspect ratio.

Since November 2017, Inbox by Gmail has received 13 updates. However, none of them included iPhone X support, where the App Store version record is clearly visible.

According to Google's release notes, no new features are included in the update.

In the meantime, Gmail for Android last month received the Unsubscribe Tips feature, which provides users with tips on how to opt out of newsletters. The new feature appears on the app's main screen and contains a "Unsubscribe" button that allows you to unsubscribe with a single click. Earlier in June, Gmail for Android received customizable scanning procedures.

Gmail for iOS received the same month as an update that provided smart notifications for high-priority email. This feature uses automatic learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to sort important messages from the rest.

Finally, Gmail participated in some controversy this week when a report revealed the fact that some third-party application developers have access to user emails. The company later said that Google does not read user e-mails, however, it does application developers before they submit access.
